So...there it was...fifty years old and aging, but with the charm and elegance characteristic of its time...spacious homes, elegant design, large rooms, raised ceilings, crown molding, hardwood floors...and good bones, really good bones - all inside classic architecture in a great neighborhood.
The downside was antiquated kitchens and baths, limited closet space and just plain unacceptable electric service, plumbing and heating and air conditioning, coupled with poor landscaping and dilapidated garages.
Build a home, a warm, comfortable place where folks can enjoying living for extended periods, taking pride in their homes without the headaches ownership sometimes brings.

Tried to attend to the little things like California closets, roll out cabinet shelves, multiple Internet and TV connections and double lock entry and tried to maintain the little touches - everything from glass doorknobs to book shelves and the decorative fireplaces
